Amman — The Ministry of Finance announced that internal revenues increased by $1.63 billion, around 18.7% in the first ten months of 2021, with a JOD380.9 million increase in tax collection.
The ministry added that the post-foreign aid allotment deficit declined by JOD255.1 million. Non-tax revenue also marked a significant rise compared with the same reporting period of the previous year.
The numbers indicate the success of the sensible financial policy, legislative, and executive strategy to confront customs and tax and customs evasion.
